All artwork is done for PERSONAL use only. For Commercial use, extra fees may apply and this must be discussed with me

I have the right to refuse any commission I am uncomfortable with, or feel I won't be able to complete

I am allowed to use the artwork on my socials to promote myself, whether you wish to be mentioned in this post should be discussed (by default, I will not mention the comissioner in the post, if you would like to be mentioned, please tell me)

Listed prices are a BASE price, and these may differ depending on complexity

Please allow up to three (3) months for a commission, usually I can get a comm done in a few days or weeks, however, I am a full-time student with my own life. Feel free to ask for progress, but I usually send updates at the Sketch/Flat Color/Final Check phase.

Large revisions can ONLY be made during sketch and flat colour stage, smaller edits can be made in the sketch phase

Sharing the art is ok, but PLEASE credit me (@aozoranomemory) on Tumblr

Please provide a detailed description of what you want, including visual references!!!

Payments are taken through Paypal or Ko-fi, I require 50% payment upfront. Full payment will be taken in the sketch or flat colors stage depending on the piece

Rude, hateful, or aggressive behaviour can and will lead in me cancelling the commission. I will refund 50% of the money taken, but I won't refund in full.

When the art is completed, I will send you full-res pngs for personal use, and jpegs with watermarks for social media. Please note if you are sharing the art anywhere, use the jpegs.
